INSIGHT

Now that the new curriculum has been created, a stunning thought:  we have never presented the philosophy of our current curriculum to new students.  We have just introduced classes.

How would students know what to aspire to, beyond vague ideas that they conjure?

You need to communicate and make visible what you want students to achieve.

What if this was one of the reasons students leave in the first year--because they do not see or get what we are doing, it's all a vague blur that some students just get and others do not.

We are now crafting a philosophy to ground what we are offering.
